It appears that Tony (Road to Hell paved with his good, honest, well-meaning intentions) BLIAR is a serious potential candidate for the Presidency of the EU once that pesky Constitution - Oops I mean Treaty - has been successfully ratified.There's a credible EU petition to stop him - Sign it and make your views known HERE
